B-21417-020 | Hytrol TA Drive Pulley for 20" OAW Conveyor

This 4" diameter drive pulley fits Hytrol TA model conveyors with a 20" overall conveyor width (OAW). These conveyors use a belt over slider bed design to move product smoothly across the surface.

Commonly used as the main drive pulley in Hytrol’s TA slider bed conveyors. This component is mounted on the motor-driven end and pulls the belt forward by transferring power from the gear motor via a keyed shaft.

These pulleys are held in place by two 010.102 flange bearings — view product.

Installation:
Mounted at the drive end of Hytrol TA conveyors using two 3-bolt flange bearings. The keyed shaft side is positioned under the chain guard, connecting directly to the drive sprocket and gear motor assembly. Removal typically requires taking off the sprocket and guard to free the shaft.
